A day in the life of Crystal Stone

It's 5:07 am. A brisk fall morning. Thursday. Crystal Stone 23, is preparing for her 6am. work out.

She sits in lotus position, you know; legs crossed, both feet on top, back straight. All that. Plus, deep meditation. Her breath work was impeccable.

This will go on for 20 minutes. After that's done, 20 minutes of mantras (chanting affirmations) and mudras (energy manipulation through hand posturing).

All this followed up by her own form of Tai Chi. A celestial dance with the creative forces of the universe.

At 5'8," 155 lbs. of melinated perfection, she was a sight to behold. A wonder of nature.

And yes, she's a perfectionist.

999hz. golden ratio frequency sounds flow the loud speakers.

In her -what she called, solace room (a perfect square with a padded floor. Empty accept for the mirrors on all four walls and the colorful lights and speakers artistically placed within them), she ascends.

Once she returns to earth, she showers and gets dressed.

6:01am. She's hopping into her new whip, ready to take on the world.

"Siri, play Mrs. Officer by Lil Wayne."

She's also a HipHop head thanks to her dad, the deceased Malik Jacob Stone RIP.

Rap music starts blaring from the surround sound speakers of her 2024 apple red Porche 911 Carrera T.

"Wee Doo Wee Doo Wee! Wee Dee Wee Dee Wee! Wee Dee Wee Dee Wee!" She sings along, bobbing her head with her eyes closed all in her vibe as the twin-turbo horizontally opposed engine purred.

The slight frown on her face is actually a soulful smile.

She's more lovely than she even knows.

Hot pink Prada sports bra and spanks with matching camouflage Adidas Statix trainers were all she needed to get it in. She was as strong and confident as she was beautiful.

Uncommon qualities for someone her age, or for anyone for that matter. All men found it attractive. Most women found it intimidating. They all wanted her.

Crystal just saw it as part of who she was. So, she worshipped it like every other part of her glorious self.

A membership at the Exclusive Huttan's Fitness Society wasn't a necessity. She had an entire gym at home with all the latest amenities. She needed to bless the world with who she was.

Somehow she felt it helped them to be who they truly were. She wasn't arrogant, she was grateful.

Her parents raised her that way.

Her mom was Defense Attorney Allison Stone. She was Defense Attorney Allison Woods until she met and married Crystal's father. She helped him beat a huge drug case on a technicality. He'd have spent the rest of his life in a federal prison without her.

It should have been a slam dunk case. MJ (as he was known in the streets), ran an organization worth over $800 million. Because of his meticulous nature, he remained untouchable for over a decade. Because of his rebellious nature, he taunted law enforcement until they could bare it no longer.

Something had to be done so the setup was on. Long story short, he beat the case, got out, got married and celebrated. He was killed weeks later.

His distraught wife turned her grief into the energy and courage she needed to find out the truth and sue agencies responsible for his death. The undisclosed amount was enormous.

Lots of blood spilled. They relocated.
